«By noting the extent of this campaign, which is similar to a relentless and organized denigration, continues Serge Landry, we have mandated our legal department to verify the source and identity of these 21 persons/corporations/companies.

«So it was through our lawyers and IT specialists that we found that 20 out of 21 people who gave a negative opinion between July 14 and 17, 2017 are not familiar with our services, for never having used them. Moreover, we now know that several of them have a common link, namely an Import/Export company based in Montreal with which we have never had a business relationship, continues Serge Landry.

«It is in this precise legal context that we are studying the possibility, with our legal department, of opening legal proceedings for defamation against people who have expressed a negative opinion about us when they can in no way judge our service.»
